Terms of Service

1) Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using this website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that using the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3) Wallets & Authentication

  • The Service integrates with Solana wallets (e.g., Phantom) to authenticate and sign transactions.
  • We do not custody keys. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet and seed phrase.
  • Transactions you authorize are final and irreversible on-chain.

4) Rentals

  • Blocks are limited slots on the homepage. Availability is first-come, first-served.
  • Your rental starts at confirmation and lasts for the duration you select (up to 30 days).
  • Prices are calculated per hour and may differ for image/gif vs. video content.
  • Rentals are considered complete only after on-chain payment is verified (“done” status).
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms; rentals removed for violations are not refunded.

5) Payments & Fees

  • Payments occur on the Solana network and may include network fees.
  • All amounts are displayed in SOL (or as otherwise indicated). Final settlement is in SOL.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed once a transaction is confirmed on-chain.

6) Media & Content Rules

You are responsible for all media you upload or link. Content must not be illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion and may suspend future access for violations.

  • Recommended formats: images (JPEG/PNG/WebP), videos (MP4/H.264), gifs.
  • Suggested dimensions: square 512×512, landscape 800×450, portrait 450×800.
  • Videos auto-play muted and loop by design.

7) Storage & Retention

  • Media is stored on Amazon S3 with public access URLs.
  • We may apply caching, downscaling, or lifecycle rules (e.g., expiration after a set period).
  • Upon rental expiry (plus a grace period), media may be removed automatically.
  • We do not guarantee perpetual hosting of any media.

8) Intellectual Property

You retain rights in your content. By uploading media, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the Service. You warrant that you are the owner or have the necessary rights to publish any content you submit.

9) Prohibited Uses

  • Illegal activity or content violating any applicable law or regulation.
  • Malware, phishing, or attempts to interfere with the Service or other users.
  • Impersonation or infringement of third-party rights.

10) Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. Features, pricing, and technical requirements may change.

11) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Blockchain networks are outside our control; transactions may be delayed or fail due to network conditions.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Service.

13) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your content, including third-party claims.

14) Privacy

We process limited personal data (e.g., public wallet addresses, uploaded media metadata) to operate the Service.

15) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Paris, France.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
